CHANGES and GRATITUDE
Ok, here it is, after numerous test runs, I finally chose the fluidflower Wordpress theme. I don’t normally use black but now I used it for a change coz the theme was made alive by the nice sunflowers on the header, plus I still got my blue color there. It’s also easy to play around, though I have to grapple with the paragraph spacing coz in the original theme spaces are too close. Plus I experimented with the font colors on the header to match those lovely sunflowers. I mis-matched, too, the font colors on the sidebars before choosing the blue hues to match the header block. The best thing I love with this theme? The body column is wide,unlike the feelthefreedom I previously used. This is what I am looking for in terms of column sizes. I can write longer blogs and put some more widgets without getting crowded - the webpage is maximised!
Well, some changes are still needed to be done, I still need to have a 20/20 vision (plus more common sense, hehe) to find where should I change the font color for the blog entry. It’s hard to look around the html with all the numbers and letters specially when you’re a novice in html like me. I already changed earlier the font color for the blog entry, but when I changed some other elements I got some distortions with the RSS image so I had to revert back to the original html without my earlier changes. Luckily, I always copy the html of the themes I used so I just copy paste it again to the dashboard.
Ok, before I bore you down with these theme escapades, I just wish to say thanks to all my blog friends and readers for nice comments on/off line! I promise you, (unless I changed again my mind about the theme, hehe - I’m so fickleminded, isn’t it?) I would write some more entries that hopefully would have sense to many, and of course, to me!
Hmmm, I’ll just rest for a while away from my laptop (not actually - need to tutor the kids then cook dinner afterwards), then when everything’s all cleared up (i.e. kids are all asleep) I’ll write again something. This blog bug is really contagious. Once you’re into it, blogging becames your passion. You tend to reflect more in life, even with the simplest things!

thanks, paz! I also chose this theme because it’s a little formal, yet not boring. thanks to those sunflowers.
anyways, u asked me earlier about the pictures. If you want them wrapped within your text, I usually add this in the html for the image part:
img {
float: left; margin:5px 5px 5px 0;
}
One more tip, when I upload pics, I use full size, not thumbnail. I’ll just resize it to the size that suits my blog entry. Kasi if you resize bigger ung thumbnail, the pics become a bit blurred.
