Uncertain about how your life would turn in 2008? Are you not sure of a better year ahead? As a new year dawns, we sometimes have this hanging question — what lies ahead for us this coming year? I for one, is a little anxious on how 2008 would fare compared to 2007. I couldn’t say that this year is perfect, coz there are lots of ups and downs, but the mere fact that I am here writing in this blog means I have overcome most of my trials! Sure, it’s not yet a clean slate, but I am very thankful I have passed many struggles this year and I am very much looking forward for 2008.

For the last 2 years now (this is my third), I read Chinese Astrology forecasts every new year. I am a dragon, and most of the forecasts I read talks about a so-so year. Not that I am 100% astrology believer, coz most forecasts are general, but I just use that as a simple guide - precaution on possible things that could transpire. Nevertheless, despite my belief and fascination to horoscopes and astrology, I have more faith in the absolute divine powers of God. Nothing, not even the stars can beat God. (more…)

I am organizing all our digital photos, super dami na kasi! Then I decided to make a slide of some Christmas pics. I chose some pictures when we were still in Australia and some recent ones taken yesterday. This slide show features four years of our Christmas celebrations from year 2004 ’til this year. Ang bilis ng panahon, and I am amazed how my kids have grown (and me getting old, er, matured!hehe, and siksier).

Seeing those old pics again in Melbourne makes me a little sad, coz I really wanted to go back there and be with Albert again. I also missed our christmas tree, ang liit lang kasi ng christmas tree namin ngayon.hehe. (more…)

Kumusta ang Pasko? I hope you all had a nice Christmas celebrations yesterday. I am tempted to oversleep today, but I can’t coz the kids are already up before 7am. Hayyy, where do these kids get their high energies? Do they ever get tired? Hehe, ganito na talaga siguro if you’re entering your 30s, madaling mapagod. Plus the weather is tempting me to just go back to bed - heavy rains outside. I wish to sleep some more and doze off to dreamland. Sarap matulog pag umuulan diba?
