HAVING A FRESH START

It’s 20 past 5 am. Yup, I am already blogging this early. Actually, I was already up 4am. I was busy dropping entrecards last night while waiting for dear hubby to go online for some chat. But he didn’t go online so I went off to sleep and just set my celfone alarm to 4am.
Shhh, here’s a little secret since I was college: I didn’t have an alarm clock back then so everytime I need to study for exams or do assignments, I would usually ask my guardian angel (even though I don’t know the name til now) to wake me up at 2am or 3am so I could study. And yes, my angel never failed me! I always wake up around that exact time I asked him to wake me up!
The funny thing is, now that I have an alarm and even if I set it off to the time I wanted, but if I didn’t ask the help of my dear angel friend, I won’t even hear the alarm or even if I hear it, I will just turn it off and go back to sleep! You bet I asked my angel last night to wake me up so I am already up and about at 4am. Hubby sent me an sms that he overslept so he didn’t go online early, but we will catch up again later tonight.
Anyways, I would have finished my test papers (yes, not yet done!) and lectures for the day, but I just can’t help accomplishing the 300hits on entrecard and leave a few comments on some blogs. For the last 3 days, I am trying to drop 300 each each day coz for the last month or so, I was so busy at school (or just don’t manage my time well) and some other personal matters that I took my blogging for granted.
I have lots of ideas and no-nonsense worth blogging for last month but I kept on procrastinating. The semester has started this June and then it was coupled by some personal woes that I felt so tired, physically and emotionally, by the time I got home so I didn’t even open my laptop anymore to blog! Oh my, I only posted 2x in june! But now, after a lethargic month, I am having a fresh start and reviving my blogging career (LOLS!)
Ooops, it’s 5:47am - I have to start preparing for work and wake up the kids so they can have their breakfast before going to school. And before I forget,
GOOD MORNING! HAVE A NICE MONDAY MORNING TO EVERYONE

wow! studious ka masyado sis, I never experienced waking up at 2 or 3 AM in the morning just to study. I don’t remember I study that much either. I think I spent too much hours doing my psychoanalysis (mini) thesis in my second year in college, I did all the work but failed to have a good grade. My prof, gave me 5 after all those hardship. I even went through the storm when I gave the paper to my classmates and I didn’t know that I was pregnant that time. I didn’t go to class often but I was busy with the thesis..Sigh. I don’t know if I will blame that to my daughter lol! Anyways, at least I had an experience to “work hard” in my subject at least in one point in my life. Too bad I didn’t finish my college lol!
I learned how to use alarm clock now that I am working.

Hi,
I am up by 3 a.m., ever since I worked for a hot air balloon company, and my dogs got on a schedule of eating then. I don’t need any alarm clock anymore. They never forget to wake me up to feed them. Good Morning to you too!

Hi Maline,
This is your Kuya Kabao and it’s been quite a long time I haven’t visited your site. (To me it’s still a spa for the weary soul.)
I’ve noted lots of improvement. It is now more than a spa, now a sanctuary actually.
Here’s hoping this finds you and the children doing well (and is the hubby still working in Australia) and am I too glad you’ve taken up teaching. Now, that’s starting on a path to leaving a long lasting legacy to whoever would cross your path as your student.
BTW, your Kuya Kabao has since limited his posting on the TC site of PSN but he has been lately involved in a movement to promote the OFWs plight thru structural reforms in the government.
In collaboration with colleagues, notable among which is Dr. Carmelita Conchingco-Ballesteros, PhD (email: cochingcocarmerlita@gmail.com), we have put up a blogsite (barangay-ofw@blogspot.com) which aims to highlight and increase our other countrymen’s awareness of the need to uplift the OFW and make him/her a true Bagong Bayani.
Would it be possible for us to link to your site or yours to ours, whichever would you think is best or would be helpful to our cause. But if you may consider it quite complicated, no problem really.
God bless.
Thanks much and Best regards,
Nards
