your post made me think hmmmm it is really hard to be a wife and a mom because we are the once responsible for the balanced of the family. I envy your mom for her patience in times of troubles and you know reading mother stories makes me missed my nanay too but i still do hope that whatever problem I encounter I wish I could still fathom all of it with the help of the Lord.

Hi! This post caught my eye. I attended St. Monica in Grammar school in Chicago Illinois. And we had never talked about St. Monica, and who she was. I have been married for over 17 years, and the last ten years I have given all my struggles to God. I prayed for God to change ME, rather than my husband. And God answers prayers. Thank you for the wonderful smile today.

as parents we cannot “force” our kids to be Godly or good persons. that’s out of our control because they have free will. the least we could do as parents is guide and be a good example for them. Although its heartbreaking sometimes they go astray. what we can only do is never stop praying and believing that they will find the Lord.
