Growing up, one of my dreams was becoming a model someday. I was fascinated (actually, I still am) to pictures of models on dress catalogues and how beautiful they are. Then I would always watch Binibing Pilipinas, and watching Ms. Universe telecast is a must for me - an event I would always look forward to, wishing someday I could be one of the constentants, LOLS!
Anyways, beauty contests have really evolved through the years. Many beauty tilts are now done online! Like the new search for the Look of the Year, it is an online beauty contest where anybody can join and anyone who surfs the net can cast their votes! Cool, huh! Why on earth, during my prime, there’s no internet yet?Hehe. There will be four winners to be declared by the end of the year, and who knows, these titlists could be the next top models strutting the ramps of Paris, New York and Milan!

Wow, I am so amazed with all the things getting “high-teched” now. There’s a new wave sweeping TV nowadays - Reality TV Shows! I can’t get enough of them. Reality shows are so “in” on TV, that every channel has their own reality TV shows being cooked up. The other night, I chanced upon Chriss Angel’s Mindfreak and it’s awesome magic. How about you, what’s your fave reality TV show?
Eversince, I am so fascinated with stock exchange and how to invest in stocks. However, even if I tried on numerous occasions to read background information about investing on the stock markets, I still couldn’t understand the nitty gritty of the business. Well, maybe if I try to understand harder, but being an engineer, the business language is so alien to me. I don’t even know what business checking accounts are.
Why my interest on investing in the stock market? One, I could see how rich stock brokers are! hehe, isn’t that enough motivation? Plus, I have friends who have tried investing and they already earned - big time! Maybe I will take the advice of these friends, they hired investment managers like Northern Trust that also offers brokerage services. So even if I don’t have much knowledge about the stock market, I would still be confident investing on the trade.
